HACCP for Processors is an in-depth, industry specific look at HACCP with regards to Processors and Manufacturers. In addition to the core module, the course will also look at the specific needs different segments of the processing community. The first course, while relevant in any segment of processing, will focus on HACCP for Bottle Water Processors.
